Yashica Microtec Zoom 70, Uploaded 10 June 2012

Here's the Yashica Microtec Zoom 70, found at the Sun Thrift Charity Shop, new in box, for US$7.99 + tax. I think this might be the last film camera Yashica made. It is the only auto-focus point-and-shoot I've ever seen that goes to 2sec. automatically and, beyond that, has a "B" setting. It's like a LOMO LC-a with zoom and auto-focus!!! Everyone has to find one of these!!

The 35mm film slr manufacturers made a big mistake of introducing these 35mm film AUTO cameras because it ate up the amateur 35mm film slr camera market share in terms of sales. The reasons are because it is user friendly and can continuously take good quality pictures at less costs.
That was what I read from the website of a japanese camera manufacturer in 2012.
