The Church of St. George (the Protection of the Holy Virgin) on the Pskov mountain is an Orthodox temple of the Iverian Deanery of the Moscow diocese.

The temple is located in the area of Tverskaya, Central Administrative District of Moscow (Varvarka Street, 12). The main throne is consecrated in honor of the feast of the Protection of the Holy Virgin; chapels in honor of St. George the Victorious, in honor of St. Peter, Metropolitan of Moscow.

The five-domed church of St. George was built in 1658. In 1818, the refectory premises and the bell tower were added to it, contrasting sharply with the main church building because of its pseudo-gothic style.
