This may be a ridiculous question, but I know very little about Holga cameras. Did you edit the film strip affect onto the photo, or is that a result of using a certain type of film/ the camera?
When I load my canon, the "holes" are used by the camera to grip the film and aren't exposed. Is this different in other types of film/Holga cameras?

There are no rediculous questions. If you don't ask, you'll never know.
No photoshop used on any of my photos.... I don't like to use photoshop on any of my pictures (what you see is what you get).
I used a roll of Kodak 200 35mm film loaded in to a medium format camera (Holga 120CFN).
This allows you to expose the entirity of the film (even the sprocket holes).

FYI: I skipped the rubber bands on the spool... Didn't seem to adversely effcet the results.
