hodachrome and I have recently completed two film soup swaps.. One roll started off in UK, and ended up in Japan and on finishing the roll, Hodaka cooked the film using this recipe here: http://www.lomography.com/magazine/tipster/2013/02/27/lets-cook-the-film-the-recipe-of-film-soup
The other roll started off in Japan and ended up with me in the UK.. On completing the roll, I mixed together some boiled water with silica gel and washing detergent, and left it to cool a little. Then I went into my make-shift darkroom and pulled out the film from the canister. Next I flicked and dabbed the soup onto the exposed film. I waited for a few minutes and then rewound the film into the canister. Afterwards I went to the kitchen and dropped the film into just-boiled water, and after 5 minutes I transferred it into cold water for a minute. Then back in the darkroom I pulled the film out from the canister again and dried it with a hairdryer, and when done I rewound the film. The film was then developed at Asda, and scanned at The Vault in Brighton.
We do not discuss what we have each taken photographs of, so the results are always a surprise..

Triples with myself in the LC-A+ All starts with a roll wrongly loaded on the camera and finish with the determination to re-load three times the roll. Not bad at all.
Roll two from my hike this past weekend with the girlfriend at Turkey Mountain in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Driving home one afternoon, about a half hour before sunset, the sun actually made an appearance as I rounded the corner to Ruby Lake. I screeched to a stop and grabbed my camera, as the light was transcendent. Perfect light, perfect film. :-)) I should add that these are a small (72dpi) scan from my lab.
After taking a wrong turn off the highway, I stumbled on this beautiful abandoned farm house. In a perfect twist of fate, I happened to have a roll of Aerochrome on me.

Strolling around with my brand new Horizon Perfekt and taking a few shots of the fishermans. Everytime a nice spot for taking pictures, my eyes can´t get enough of this place! ♡
I publicly posted on a local Facebook site for some models for a film shoot and had a few clients with high expectations so i took my finest gear! the eos-1n and my 70-200mm f/2.8L with some fresh fomapan! unstoppable combo!
