The first box of pack film for 2023! Fuji FP100c, expiration March of 2019 shot with Polaroid 180 Land Camera. Lost one frame entirely due to a jam and had a partial spread on another. Winter might be my favorite time to make photos, there is something about the melancholy that inspires me, the rain, fog, and general dreariness resonates with me. Everything shedding the pervious years life preparing to make anew. I have been driving by this spot for many years now, until recently it had never caught my eye. It hasn't changed beyond the season's cycle, more likely it is me that has - how I see, what I choose to see. Recently I have become interested in light at night, streetlights, neons, empty office buildings. Possibly the seeds of a project or a fleeting interest.
