Second try with the Olympus Pen FT and much better results exposure wise. I used an EOS adapter to attach my Lensbaby Composer and Scout along with a wide variety of additional closeup lenses and optics. Can't wait to try a roll of slide film through this one next. :)
I wanted to do something different for album #100. I can't believe I've posted that many in this past year but I guess I have. Anyway, this is with a 1960's Olympus Pen FT Half Frame camera. The cool thing about this camera is you can focus through the lens AND it accepts interchangeable lenses, one of the only half frame cameras to do so. Even more interesting, I obtained an EOS adapter from and Asian seller on Ebay so that I can use all my Canon gear on this camera, including my wonderful Lensbabies and accessories which have been neglected since I've mostly switched to film. I way overexposed a bunch of these shots but it gives kind of a cool antique effect so I kind of liked it.
So we went to the medieval city Porvoo, whose history dates back to the early 14th century. The great thing about the city is that the "old town" part was preserved and didn't get rebuilt. Even the Cathedral that was built around the year 1420! A fantastic atmosphere, everything quiet and cute, nothing fancy schmancy modern

The Frankfurt Dippemess is the biggest amusement park and convention center in the Rhein-Main area. For a full 3 weeks in springtime and 2 weeks in autumn, and a few days spread out over the summer, it is the biggest family attraction in the region!
