Testing my new "recruit" : Zeiss Ikon Contaflex II

Testing the Zeiss Ikon Contaflex II from 1953. This camera had been dormant since the early 60ies. I found it in a small old fashioned photo shop and after some negotiation the owner was willing to sell it to me. The development of the first roll - a Formapan 100 - created some challenges: Being eager of the results I obviously underdeveloped and under-fixed the film. On a suggestion by@stereograph I re-fixed the negatives and they came out quite nicely after this process - and my fear that the camera is faulty could be dispersed. Roll shows some shots made in Aschaffenburg and my (current) home town Bensheim

@charliedontsurf - yes indeed; I am relieved. I could have even re-developed the negatives I just learnt....so "re-devixation" so to say - but I am quite happy now. Next time I know.
