Testing a new Kodak Retina 1A (Model 015 from 1953-56) with the Schneider Kreuznach lenses 1:2.8. Potdam Kino Film 100 ASA. Home processed in Rodinal 1+100, one hour semi stand at 20°). Shots were done during a biking trip from Sinsheim to Ladenburg via Heidelberg (along the Elsenz and the Neckar) as well as during a short trip to Staufen/Freiburg in the Black Forest

    @charliedontsurf. Thanks - not 100% sure what you meant - but with such shots I take the "sweet spot" of the lens....aperture 8 in the most cases (if lenses between 1.2.8 and 1:3.5).

    @rolfmg well, its a nice scene, well rendered by the lens, I like the composition too. I sadly sold one of these once without even trying it out, one that got away....

    @charliedontsurf Thanks again. The Kodak Retina 1A is a wonderful camera - one of my favourites. I have two of them in the meantime: one with the Schneider Kreuznach 1:3.5 and one with the same lens but 1:2.8
