L'Aquila
Visiting L'Aquila. The city seems not to have recovered after the earthquake that hit it in 2009. Shops are borded up, houses are left in ruins and it is just so quiet. Very little people roam the streets and hardly any cafés or restaurants are open for business. It's just so sad what happened here and you can feel the pain it caused when walking through the streets that once were filled with people, so vibrant. It made me go quiet for a long while. Sadly, I lost one of my exposed films of my visit to L'Aquila.
