   I only remember "Landmann" and that was, phew, 30 years ago, or so?!

   @carsten-schmitt aida is a chain, you can find all over vienna. mainly elderly women like it. there are better choices like hawelka, alt-wien, weidinger, sperlhof, and of course Landmann. it is still here, and i guess it will be in 100 years. but maybe, after 20-30 years, it is time to have a look again for yourseelf, or?

   @schwarzesauge Absolutely, I loved it there (BTW, I spent my time in Austria gaming a lot of RPGs with friends there, including DSA).
   I was so looking forward to a coffee, but opted for a cool drink because I remember it being so hot that I could not bear the idea of drinking hot coffee! So, I definitely have one "to-do" for the Landmann. ;-)
