Wasini Island/Kenya

Wasini - a small island at the south coast of Kenya bordering Tanzania. The shots are from the mid 90ties where hardly any tourist found her/his way to Wasini - a sleepy and untouched island at low tight to be reached by foot or at high tide with a small ferry. No cars are allowed. A peaceful and sleepy hide away.

@guja Many thanks - the wrong color is actually an unintended "film-soup" so to say. Some unknown liquid went into the box where the negatives had been stored. Even though I re-watered the negative the liquid already formed a chemical "bond" with the negatives. But as you say......it somehow supports the mood.
