This is probably one of my favorite "LOMO" rule themed images I have taken on Polaroid film. I was on vacation on the coast, and we decided to check out Salinas, Ca where the Steinbeck Muesum is, and I decided to check out the side streets to see what I could find. When I saw this door, I felt everything was perfect for a snapshot, but I had my family egging me on to hurry up, so I pulled out my Impulse AF, put on a warming filter with some sticky tack (just for fun) and shot as fast as I could. The black area on the right edge was the filter rim hitting the auto focus mechanism on the Impulse. While I was disappointed with the initial results, I have grown to love this shot, with the memory behind the image and the elements/colors being so bold and uniform. 222!
