From The Mourning

I had been frantically 'snapping away' for about 20 minutes or so when there was a voice in my head that said, “You have got what you came for, now leave”. So I did just that.
But it was on my way out that I discovered, what I later learned to be, the Smyth Memorial Chapel - a rare example of a mortuary chapel within a major Australian cemetery. Avoiding the troubled graves from my earlier visit, I managed sneak in a few more successful photographic sessions.
For this particular triptych, I was trying to capture the reflected light off the headstones to give the image a celestial quality.
Although this image is photographed in a panoramic style, it is actually presented in a slightly different sequence that it actually appears.

I like the way you see and get it on film! The 'Triptychon' here and in the other album are nicely arranged and composed! Usually I see Diptycha when someone ist taking images with Half-Frame-Cameras. Great presentation!!!

Thank you for your lovely comments. A lot of thought and planning occurs before I press the shutter release!
Having my own darkroom helps me capture what I see and transfer them to the photographs I print. However, I still have much to learn about the photographic process.
I enjoy your photography and your contributions to the Lomography community.
