   @LOMAUGUSTRY No, I was standing and twisting on myself moving the camera in order to follow the bicycle in her movement as I am taking a film with a movie camera. Then the person on the bicycle is accurate while the background is swept and blur. I don't know the name in english. In french this is "filage". thank you for the comment
