Part of the “800 ISO tungsten film” series, this is another round with the Reflx Lab 800 — a motion picture film repurposed for photography, made to shine under neon lights, signs, and street lamps. Unlike its more glamorous "cousins", this one isn’t afraid to get its hands dirty: the grain is bold, gritty, and gives night scenes a raw character — more industrial blues than cyber dream. It also shows off those typical red halation flares, glowing like scars where the highlights hit hard. When daylight fades and winter bites, the go-to combo is still a tungsten-balanced 800 ISO and a 3200-speed black & white, to capture urban nights with no sugarcoating.
