OK, here's something new that you won't see every day! I took a piece of lacey sea fan and used it as stencil material. I laid the sea fan on top of a 120 negative and clamped the two pieces tightly to a block of wood. Then I put them into my sand blasting cabinet and lightly blasted the negative. I blasted the emulsion side and thought that more of the image would be removed. But I was surprised to see that the treatment merely left a light shadow effect across the negative. Maybe I'll try it again sometime and blast it more aggressively.
