Old mills by the canal

Along the now old Leeds and Liverpool Canal lie the remains of Burnley's industrila cotton town heyday. The now decaying mills are protected, if that is the word, by decaying, rotted, wooden hoardings. One glassless window, high up is tagged 'Charlies Spot'. Who is Charlie? I don't know. Kentmere Pan 400, home developed in PQ Universal to create maximum grain.
