Potrait of Mao the cat

First photo, here I had no filtration, and made testprint with strips of 2 second exposures. As one sees no filtration makes for a heavy red/magenta print - this is normal, to be expected. --------------------------------------------------- Decided to spend an evening in the darkroom practicing RA4-wetprinting. I have some old paper, fuji crystal archive. Unfortunately, its slightly agefogged, the base paper is slighly pink-yellow (as can be seen, I didnt correct the white balance from the scanner). Anyway its still of great use for practicing skills. On my last trip in february, I only took one color film roll, normal (but expired) c41. It came out very well from development, so it as not too complicated to work with. RA4 is about finding exposure, and filtration, and then any doding or burning. Unfortunately I dont know of any way to fix contrast - RA4 paper has one contrast only, and the paper one gets now is fairly contrasty since it is intended for digital lightjet exposure.
