My catamaran adventure in fisheye! She had to stay on land in the boat while I swam around, but the photos came out quite nicely I think.

Taking my new camera out for a test drive. Here are the results of the first roll. I'd like to use a different type of film for my next shots with it.

Met this beautiful subject just by chance while driving in my town. One of the most favorite shots by redscale film. Shot with a splitzer.

Tried a negative doubles tipster I read a while ago; came out great! Had another go at the galaxy doubles, those also came out nicely! Thus; negative space...get it?? Haha :)

Attempted self doubles with galaxy photos with the computer screen. Unfortunately the day time photos completely wiped out the stars. But the night shots came out quite nicely. I'll have to try this again!

For my new series, I've re-started painting artistic renditions (thus, you'll notice of course that all of the details aren't exactly the same) of photos taken by lomographers! I've painting this one with oil paint on paper, photo taken by jeabzz :) The original: http://www.lomography.com/homes/jeabzz/photos/6298743

Second roll through the Lubitel. Overexposure is so frustrating! The chart on the back of the camera which guides to appropriate settings is not correct. Next purchase....handheld light meter?

Took photos for my boyfriend Conor (who's getting started in the music business) and our good friend Michael (who has a band called Abandoning Sunday and covers other songs on his own) for music purposes. Had lots of fun running around the island for it! Hear Michael's music here: http://www.youtube.com/user/mikethethomas/videos http://www.youtube.com/user/abandoningsunday

I wanted to try shooting a whole roll on my Asahi 50mm lens at as close a distance as possible with the aperture wide open. (Most of these were shot at f1.4.)

Double exposure of dolphin and cosmos... First went to the aquarium and shot dolphins only. Then waited patiently for two or three weeks till cosmos grow... Set the dolphin films again and shot flowers only at a cosmos garden. Used a "half ND filter" or black cloth, to control the amount of exposure. (masking half of the lens with them) I tried about 100 shots but most of them ended in failure... I will try this kind of theme again...

This is the first roll of film I ever put through my Holga. I was on my first trip (of what would be many) to Western Australia with my then-girlfriend, Emily. The second day there, we walked to this beach near her house in Warnbro, near Rockingham, with her family's dog, Sally. It's hard to do justice to the impossible colours of the West Australian coast, but the Velvia captured them beautifully.

First attempt at some double exposures on my Mamiya TLR. Shot with a tripod and cable release on Fuji Velvia 50 iso, with the camera set to 25. Most of the images were overexposed, so I threw away the color channels and scanned the infrared channel instead. Keeping the images black and white was the only way to retain an acceptable level of detail. Fingers crossed for better results next time.

Not sure what happened here, way overexposed but it looks push processed so I kind of liked it. Another nice LomoLabs job.
