This photo from my friend's wedding captures the flower girl spinning around on the church lawn. I asked all of the kids to spin as fast as they could and took pictures. Each spun and spun.
This is one of my favorite pictures because of the distorted fish-eye view, the light sparkling through, and the way the circle frames the spinning flower girl. It has a dream like quality.
On the May, 13 we were going to do picnic. At the morning I read about Capture The Moment Competition and set alarm on clock. We went to our favorite hill, and took vintage record player with some records - Space Programs by USA is a Monster and Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach by Johann Sebastian Bach. It was been wonderful sunny day, we dancing and was watching on the sky lying in the grass...
Claudi and Annosz were two incredible, yet unexpected, surprises in my Berlin days. I got to know them little by little but we ended up building a really strong friendship, based on mutual respect and support. Before I left the city, to celebrate all the hilarious times we shared, we organised a photo session in their favourite area of Berlin, the underappreciated Wedding (then we went to Mauerpark where a friend of ours, Sergio, was waiting for us). After few shots they started feeling really comfortable with the camera and got in the diva mood (Beyoncè rendition? they were the biggest fans of a celebrity I have ever met!). Since I was the only one who had a lomo camera in the group, I did the lomowalk alone. An hour before we left for the airport, I took one last stroll along the beach.
LESSON LEARNED: the beach can over expose an ISO 100 film
after some days of drama with some friends in berlin, me and Isabel decided to leave the city for a few days in order to clear up our minds (and souls) by enjoying the breathtaking and unique shores of the ostsee. as soon as we got there it was pouring and so we were somehow forced to visit the only indoor place in the area: a butterfly farm, which turned out to be pretty cool in the end. luckily for us the day after proved to be totally sunny and, as far as it's possible for this place, warm. we found ourselves enjoying simple things like feeling the sun on our skin and the wind blowing through our hair and eventually we managed to keep the drama away for the whole day.
First part of my shots taken on a daytrip to Zermatt and up on the spectacular Gornergrat. This is maybe the best view you can get in Switzerland. This year it is even more special as there is still lying more than two meters snow in july!
