I was having such a bad day last weekend, and decided to take a photo-walk. By the end, everything had changed! I met some great people, one of my favorites being the homeless guy with the beautiful smile and sign that read "You're Beautiful." Despite his circumstances, he was a blessing to me and made my day great. This album encompasses everything that makes me love photography, esp. random photo-walks! Enjoy!!!
This is self film swap works by splitzer.I shot upper half in Hong kong at first. Then I shot lower half in Japan with Japanese Kimono lady at a beach.
One year ago i was given a beautiful Diana Mini. I shot 4 rolls with her and then she died, unexpectedly. Last year, when i uploaded the pictures, i forgot to cut and trim the edges. So now i decided to re-upload them in the square format. Hope you like them (again!).
A while ago clickiemcpete and I did a lttle trade. He wanted a print of one of my pictures and I got one of his awesome metal tools. As we were already swapping things, we ofcourse did a film swap too. And here are the results, As some of the doubles turned out very nice, unfortunately in a lot of pictures only one layer is visible. I guess with some pictures the lens of my Sardina was not turned out right... I finally received my pre-ordered rolls of Lomochrome Purple, and decided to try one roll on my Holga, which I haven't used for ages, and my new Yashica Mat 124G. As it was a beautiful summer day, I put settings as following: playing with cloudy and sunny settings in N mode for the Holga, and varying the exposition between 100 and 200 ISO for Yashica, with playing with apertures and exposure time between f8 and f16 and 1/60 to 1/250 deending on shadows and sun. Some photos are the same between both cameras, to compare the render of the photos.
