I was introduced to her by some friends and it was love at first sight. I knew I had to make her mine. So I took her out in the countryside in the late summer sun to get to know her better. As we walked I realised I didn't even know her name, so she leaned in close and whispered....Aerochrome.
As I spent more time with her, my love for her grew, matched only by her apathy for me. But I didn't care, she was special and she made me feel special. She was popular in a way I could never have imagined. Just walking on grass felt like being on the red carpet and people came to my home day and night. I flattered myself it was me that drew them but I knew deep down they only sought a glimpse of her. She imbued even the most mundane with a surreal beauty and I envied her...envied her and loved her.

It's my first time experimenting with film soup, which basically means agitating the film with agents that supposedly "harm". These photos clearly show there's nothing harmful about film soup.
This particular film has been soaked in a mixture of boiling water, silica gel, salt and detergent for 2 nights and then dried before use.
these are the only ones that came out of a roll that was mostly shot inside with a ringflash that either slaved too slow or the batteries were dead or dying...
still amazing film and amazing camera :)
I took 12 sets of same photos using both cameras. I did this to compare the Holga and the Diana. To be honest, even though both cameras are made of plastic and have plastic lenses, they have their own unique ways of producing pictures. The Holga is wider and sharper. The Diana seems to be closer to the subject and dreamier.
