It has a kinda "out of time" quality: I honestly couldn't tell you what time of day this picture was taken.... It looks like night (because the lights are on) but the building looks like it's bathed in day light..... It's such a confusing picture time look at.... Surreal..... I love it!!! :-)

This is taken when its dark but its one of the more famouse buildings in Gothenburg and its well litt.
