Family's family.

Another ruined roll of film thanks to my neighborhood Walgreens. Of 36 exposures, I got 2 1/2 , including this one that was ruined. Upset I lost all of my pictures with my nieces and nephew during a family wedding, but I did get this of my niece and her parents during dinner one night. Unsure why it's turning out so noisy. 4800dpi on an Epson V3000. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix, please let me know!
