   In this abandoned building, that i explored in the early years of this decade,
   long time ago there was a section of the Italian Communist Party.
   I suppose this man was a local leader of the party.
   ... Notice the blur at the top of the photo,
   it is cigarette smoke halo, haunting all public premises at that time.

   I suppose that the hanged doll represents a Cop, on the wall of the house on the left appears an inscription that speaks of Vietnam, so this photo is probably late 60s, years of great achievements for the workers but also the hardest clashes with security forces repression. :-)
