The christmas carp

The christmas carp is a traditional christmas eve dinner in the Czech republic as well as in some nearby countries. In the advent season are sold live fish in tubs on the streets. People sometimes take live fish home and keep it in the bath until the 24. December when they prepare the one for dinner.
